We have received advance approval from HMRC so that we may raise funds from private individuals under the government Enterprise Investment Scheme (“EIS”). This scheme provides considerable tax advantages to private taxpaying investors. The initial tax relief with EIS is 30% and no capital gains tax to pay on profits, and no inheritance tax.
