Low Sulphur Fuels Achieves SEIS / EIS Pre-approval

We received advance approval, last month, from HMRC so we may now raise funds from private individuals under the UK Government Small Enterprise Investment Scheme (“SEIS”) which provides considerable tax advantages to private taxpaying investors. The initial tax relief means that you receive 50% of the monies back from your initial investment and can defer capital gains tax against your investment.
